Today was the District #6 outing to Put in Bay. There were 16 sisters / brothers and 2 family members that spent the day on the island, including Roberta Gacsal, Debi Huffman, and Sue Spore from Triune. We took a tour, visited the Heineman's Winery, enjoyed lunch at the Boardwalk, and checked out a few shops. It was a beautiful, sunny day. A good time was had by all!

Today was "Crafts with Joan" at Browning. Don't our ladies look lovely with their flower door hangers? Helping Joan Draper were Roberta Gacsal, Debi Huffman, Sue Spore, and Triune friend Jan Swantusch. We always have a good time at this monthly activity!

Today was "Crafts with Joan" at Browning Masonic Community. We had a smaller group than usual, but had fun making Japanese Ikebana (flower arrangements). This was a simple project and they really turned out nice. Helping Joan Draper was Debi Huffman.

We had 16 for our potluck before the meeting. Resolutions of respect were read for Kathleen Vesey and Virginia Muzika. WM Sue honored all of the mothers and fathers present and recognized birthdays from April to September. Triune Chapter was honored to present our friend and sister, Carole Histed, with a 60 year membership pin. Carole is a member of Warpole Chapter. She is a Browning resident and, thus, a frequent visitor to our Chapter. After the meeting, Charities Director Shirley Olmstead served delicious coconut creme, custard, lemon meringue, and apple pies as our prize for collecting the most $1 "G" bills last year.
